With more than 24 years of legal experience and a background in immigration enforcement, Attorney Demian S. Serianni brings insight and experience to every case. As the founder of Serianni Law LLC, he leads our immigration team with a comprehensive understanding of U.S. immigration law and procedure gained from both sides of the immigration system.
Before entering private practice, Attorney Serianni served as a United States Immigration Inspector with the Legacy Immigration & Naturalization Service (INS), now U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). This distinctive background provides clients with representation from an attorney who truly understands the immigration system from all perspectives.

Born in Niagara Falls, New York, and raised in the breathtaking Adirondack Region of Upstate New York, Attorney Serianni takes pride in his Italian and Croatian heritage. His own family's immigrant experience has shaped his passion for helping others navigate their path to the United States.

Former United States Immigration Inspector
After graduating from the Immigration Officer Academy at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in 1996, he conducted primary and secondary immigration inspections at the Rainbow Bridge in Niagara Falls, New York.
